When will my order ship?

Standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days. - Priority orders are processed within 1-2 business days. - Priority Express/Overnight orders are processed and shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12 PM CST. If the order is placed after 12PM CST, it will be shipped the following business day.
What is your return policy?

ITEMS RETURNED WITHIN 14 DAYS OF THEIR ORIGINAL SHIPMENT DATE WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR A STORE CREDIT. RETURNS RECEIVED AFTER THIS DATE WILL BE REFUSED AND RETURNED TO YOU AT YOUR EXPENSE. ALL RETURNED ITEMS MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL CONDITION WITH TAGS. BODYSUITS AND SWIMSUITS ARE FINAL SALE. KEENSTYLE DOES NOT OFFER REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.
Can I cancel an order?

We’re very quick at processing orders to make sure that you receive it as soon as possible. Once an order has been placed, we’re unable cancel it.
Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer exchanges for customers. If you would like an exchange, we highly recommend notifying our customer service within 24 hours of receiving your item, return the item back and you'll receive a store credit once the unwanted item is in our possession.
